Return Policy

Standard Items

We accept returns of unworn, unaltered standard items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Custom-Made Items

Due to their personalized nature, custom-made items cannot be returned for refund. However, we offer a one-time remake for items that don't fit as expected, provided you followed our measurement guide correctly. Alternatively, we can offer store credit for custom items returned in unworn condition.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale can be returned for store credit only, within 14 days of delivery. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard items, subject to availability. If your preferred size is not available, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Color/Style Exchanges

Exchanges for different colors or styles are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard items, subject to availability. If the new item has a different price, you'll be charged or refunded the difference.

Custom-Made Item Exchanges

Custom-made items cannot be exchanged for different styles or colors. However, we offer alterations or a one-time remake if the fit isn't as expected. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item.

Fit Guarantee

Our Promise

We stand behind the fit of our custom-made garments. If your item doesn't fit as expected, we offer a one-time remake at no additional cost, provided you followed our measurement guide correctly. This guarantee ensures that you'll receive a garment that fits your unique body perfectly.

How It Works

If your custom-made item doesn't fit as expected, contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll review your original measurements and work with you to determine the necessary adjustments.

You may need to provide photos of the garment being worn and updated measurements. Once approved, we'll create a new garment with the adjusted measurements or make alterations to your existing item.

Return Process

Request a Return

Contact our customer service team or log into your account and select the order you wish to return. Provide the reason for your return and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

Ship Your Return

Once approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

Receive Your Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be shipped once processed.

Return Shipping

Domestic Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for a flat fee of $7.95, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred when returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange as per our standard policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
  • Intimates and swimwear for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made items (eligible for our Fit Guarantee only)
