Processing Times
Standard Items
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-Made Items
Custom orders require 2-3 weeks for production before shipping. This timeframe allows our artisans to carefully craft your garment to your exact specifications.
Rush Orders
Rush production is available for an additional fee, subject to our production schedule. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about rush options.
International Shipping
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days after processing.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
The customs process may cause additional delays in delivery that are beyond our control. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Shipping FAQs
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can be accommodated if requested before the order ships. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the new shipping address.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes for standard shipping. However, express and overnight shipping options require a physical street address.
What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
Delivery procedures vary by carrier. Most carriers will leave the package if it's safe to do so or attempt delivery again the next business day. You can also provide delivery instructions when placing your order.
